The competition will distribute USD 1 billion in prize money. Of this, USD 475 million will be awarded based on performance, while USD 525 million will be given for participation. The tournament champion could earn up to USD 125 million.

Participation Fund: USD 525 Million
Clubs will receive payments based on their continental representation. The allocation is as follows:
- Europe: USD 12.81-38.19 million per club (based on ranking)
- South America: USD 15.21 million per club
- North, Central America & Caribbean: USD 9.55 million per club
- Asia: USD 9.55 million per club
- Africa: USD 9.55 million per club
- Oceania: USD 3.58 million per club

Sporting Performance Rewards: USD 475 Million
Clubs will also receive financial rewards based on their progress in the tournament:
- Group Stage: USD 2 million per win, USD 1 million per draw
- Round of 16: USD 7.5 million per team
- Quarter-Finals: USD 13.125 million per team
- Semi-Finals: USD 21 million per team
- Finalist: USD 30 million for the runner-up
- Champion: USD 40 million grand prize
